Paul Seldes, partner, ntb group LLC has been appointed to the Treasure Coast Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is responsible for preparing a regional hazardous materials emergency response plan, serves as a repository for regional hazardous materials information, and performs outreach functions to increase hazardous materials awareness.

Paul Seldes, partner, ntb group LLC has earned the highest honor of professional achievement awarded by the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association, the Florida Professional Emergency Manager (FPEM) designation.  With a membership of over 600 emergency management officials throughout the state of Florida, only 161 hold the FPEM designation. ntb group completes operational readiness training for the new Indian River County Emergency Operations Center

ntb group, LLC of Vero Beach, Florida has completed a program to develop and deliver operational readiness training for the new Indian River County Emergency Operations Center (EOC). ntb's training program consisted of customized classes for County managers and administrators, Fire/Rescue, Law Enforcement, and other government and private agencies that respond to disasters. The training classes covered Emergency Management and EOC basics, an overview of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), a review of the Incident Command System (ICS), specific operational plans for Indian River County and the use of the E Team software application for incident management.

ntb's standard classes are customized for a specific local concept of operations (CONOPS) as well as for specific EOC or command center systems (E Team, WebEOC, Esponder, etc).
