ntb group LLC is pleased to announce that they have entered into a Master Contract for emergency management and general planning services with the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council. These services include training and visioning services, and support and assistance before, during and after a significant incident.
Paul Seldes, of ntb group LLC, has been contracted by Lambert Engineers of New Orleans to serve as the lead planner for the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board (S&WB) Hazard Mitigation Plan. The purpose of this project is to develop a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) that complies
with the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and classifies the S&WB as a single, local jurisdiction. This project will directly impact FEMA public works project grants for New Orleans. The S&WB provides free water, sewer and pumping services for New Orleans and is a critical defense against tropical storms and hurricanes.

ntb group conducts tabletop exercise for Indian River County VOAD - Press Journal - May 7th, 2009 - INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — If a flu pandemic was rampant in Indian River County, volunteer organizations are confident they could handle the situation.
The same holds true for a terrorist attack at Walt Disney World in Orlando or a Category 4 hurricane.
That confidence stems from a disaster exercise that took place Wednesday morning at the United Way offices in Vero Beach. The table-top drill was conducted by the Indian River Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and posed three disaster scenarios to 20 agencies to see how they would respond.
