We will help you fully understand your learner community’s current knowledge and skill set through a brief period of discovery and cursory advisory analysis. In parallel, the ntb team will capture existing and proposed systems/procedures that complement or surround the learning process. Specific objectives of this assessment are to establish a baseline analysis consisting of:

- Business Processes
- Technology Review
Upon completion of this first phase, jointly with the client, ntb will:
- establish and document the learning objective
- define the learning path
- map skills and knowledge
- develop a roadmap for learning objectives
- identify the success criteria as it relates to process and systems
- identify content for various learning styles
The ntb team will review your existing education architecture, infrastructure, delivery and presentation of learning and how learning will be managed across the extended enterprise. ntb analysts will address the following issues:
- how will the organization integrate and manage learning across the extended enterprise?
- Which learning approaches and technologies will the organization embrace?
Your organization will obtain an infrastructure model that addresses the required components and functionality of learning. This includes standards for integrating existing elements, such as legacy learning, enterprise applications, online learning, and emerging tools.
We will help in
- determining the scope, scale, and design of the infrastructure necessary to provide the service levels required by the business, in the short, medium and long term
- assisting in the analysis and recommendation of new or different technologies that will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals.
